Fancy House near Cádiz | Pool * Free Parking & BBQ

Positive: hosts are friendly Negative: Smart lock at the door was not working. Arrived at 1AM due to delayed flight. Luckily host answered quickly. But the rest of the house was really disappointing. Pictures looked much better than the actual house. Bathroom at ground floor dips down when you enter and was really worn out. Another bathroom was in the basement next to the garage, very strange. Over all rooms where not very clean, and not very well taken care off (walls dirty, doorposts broken and dirty,..). Toilet brushes where disgusting,Mosquito shields in window are broken, strange smell in the house, shower near the basement pool was a disaster, and the pool starts an automatic cleaning cicle, that makes terrible noise at 3AM during the night. Kitchenwear was not very clean, and kitchen cabinets had a smell. Dishwasher had a terrible smell. Over all we felt that the pictures intentionally disguised certain strange aspects of the house. childrens beds where photographed with sheets until the ground, so it looks like an adult twin room. Bathroom pictures where placed in such an order after rooms, so it looks like it is on the ground or top floor. The terrace does not have the furniture, nor the shade cloth. Pictures versus real house is a dissapointment. It really was not a nice experience. The only positive thing I can say is that the hosts where super friendly, but that's all. Perhaps if you're a group of teenagers/friends going on holiday it can be nice, but for a group of adults especially for business stay it is below level. Thank god the price was not much and it was 5min drive from our appointments.

Es un quiero y no puedo Positive: Amplitud de la casa, la limpieza bien, todo lo básico como sal, azúcar, papel higiénico lo tenían, tranquilidad Negative: La depuradora de la piscina arranca sobre las 4-5 de la mañana y nos despertó todos los días puesto que suenan los desagües, las puertas no están bien mantenidas muchas de ellas no las pudimos cerrar, las sartenes no están para usar puesto a su mal estado, la degradación y falta de mantenimiento del mobiliario

Positive: Nos gustó mucho la amplitud de la casa, y que disponía de todo tipo de cosas. Las camas muy cómodas, varios baños para ser tantas personas. Tele inteligente. La piscina el agua estaba muy fresquita. Negative: La limpieza dejó un poco que desear, había cosas que eran de las anteriores personas que fueron. Pero bueno dentro de lo que cabe estaba bien, sólo que eso un poco más a fondo hubiera estado mejor.

Von den Kleinigkeiten abgesehen ein perfekter Aufenthalt Positive: Die Lage zu den Golfplätzen, Restaurants und Supermärkten, geräumiges Haus, kein Parkplatzproblem Negative: 3 TV Geräte ohne Funktion ausser spanische und Nordafrikanische Sender, Chromecast vorhanden aber nicht funktionsfähig Batterien der Fernbedienungen leer, keine Tabs für Geschirrspüler, keine Geschirrtücher,nur kleine Tüchlein
