Retiro Íntimo en los Pirineos - Jardín y Parking

Positive: Buena ubicación. Negative: Se nos hizo pagar una señal una vez llegado a la ubicación, cuando en ningún momento lo pone en el anuncio. La habitación tenía humedades. Y la bañera tenía un atranco.

HABITACIÓN CALABOZO Positive: La limpieza del exteriores habitación también que tiene un pequeño jardín, y en el exterior de los alojamientos que tiene 2 mesas con asientos para poder leer, etc.. y facilidad de aparcar en la entrada. Negative: Pues la verdad que la habitación es increíblemente pequeña tanto que si entras 2 maletas tienes que saltar para meterte en la cama , luego solo hay un enchufe en la habitación que está detrás del cabecero de la cama y hay que retirar el cabecero y la cama para poder conectar algo ,ya que otro que hay está utilizado por un dispositivo de la cerradura eléctrica y pone que no se puede desenchufar. El plato de ducha es de 45x45 hay que descontar que hay un grifo monomando y ocupa bastante espacio, resumiendo una persona grande apartir de 100kg no puede bañarse.Habría que realizar alguna pequeña modificación(reforma)para que los clientes queden contentos y en la página web detallar lo que tiene la habitación y los apartamentos ya que no detallan bien que tiene la habitación y que no (Aire etc fotos reales de la habitación y baño )

Positive: l'environnement et la décoration des chambres. On note un grand soin du détail Negative: Rien à dire sur l'appartement Par contre le système de récupération des clefs me laisse sans voix

Positive: The overall property was nice- a renovated village house with nice finishes. The small garden area was a nice place to sit when the weather was good. Parking in the little courtyard was included and very convenient. Check in worked without a hitch- they send you the code for the door a couple days before you arrive. Communication was good. Negative: We had the double room which is on the ground floor. There was one decent sized window with a screen, but being on the ground floor and an apartment entrance near it we didn't feel comfortable leaving it open all night. There is no AC in this room, although other apartments have Ac. They did have a floor standing fan which was the only thing that kept it bearable. The room is really too small for two people to be comfortable for an eight night stay. One or two nights would be ok, but not much longer than that. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the only pillow was a single pillow the width of the double bed. The bathroom is very small and the shower is about the size of a large coffin. Thankfully we are not large people and could squeeze ourselves into it- larger people could have an issue. This room would be better if it was set up as a single room with a single bed.

Positive: Location Negative: The room was tiny, with an old terrible bed, very uncomfortable. We could barely sleep at night. We requested additional blankets as we were cold at night (the main door exterior facing was not well isolated, and it was december), they said there was no blanket available. Avoid at any cost, unless the staff takes this feedback seriously.
