Simple & Quiet Stay Near Retiro: Ideal for Couples

No aircondition and the floor was not totally clean but they clean after the day after we check in. Positive: First of all we choose this place because of the location and we choose this place because the description of anmenities says that it has an "AIRCONDITION" . And we book few days in advance before the date of the check in. And when we arrive at the place the floors are not clean and when we send them a message to ask them where is the remote of "aircondition" and they respond super late and told us that the aircondition is not working. They never fixed it and we stay there for 5 nights and even so they should fix it because like us we expect that we can use the aircondition especially on summer time when its hot. If we knew that theres no aircondition then we wont book to that place. Negative: We stayed for 5 nights and without aircondition and the floor was dirty and the corner theres a spider web and the beds looks not clean when we arrived during the check in. We book few pkaces before but the host is very attentive and responsive. So i would say i wont recommend this place to my friends and family.
