Lugar perfecto Positive: La ubicacion, el entorno y alrededores Negative: Que no tuviese lavadora nuestra villa, ya que al estar una semana con una niña pequeña nos fue muy necesario, aunque tengo que decir que el equipo se encargo de darnos una opcion y es de agradecer.

Unclean accommodation with a flea problem. Host was dismissive, ruining our holiday Positive: We had a very disappointing experience at this accommodation. When we arrived, the floor was not properly cleaned — there were visible crumbs and dirt. The baby cot was not made up, and when I pointed this out, the host replied that they did not see a problem with a child sleeping on an uncovered mattress, which I found unacceptable. Kitchen towels were also missing. Although the apartment looks nice in photos, in reality it had a noticeable smell of mold, which was also visible on the ceiling. After a few days, my husband developed numerous bites on his legs. We initially thought they were mosquito bites, but after checking carefully, we found small insects — fleas — in several rooms, including the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. We provided the host with photos of the fleas as well as photos of the bites on my husband’s legs. Unfortunately, the host’s reaction was disappointing. Instead of taking the issue seriously, they suggested that we were imagining things and that the bites were caused by mosquitoes. While they changed the bed linen once, the insects remained present, and no deeper cleaning or pest control was done. It’s also worth noting that other guests in nearby apartments had dogs, which may explain where the infestation originated. This situation greatly affected our holiday. Instead of enjoying our time and the local experiences, we had to constantly wash all our clothes to prevent bringing the fleas into another accommodation or home. The tone of communication from the host was defensive and dismissive rather than helpful. Overall, our experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone until it is thoroughly cleaned and treated for pests. Although we had a negative experience, there are some positives: nice views, quiet surroundings, and a peaceful countryside with cows and horses grazing nearby. Negative: Unclean accommodation on arrival – crumbs and dirt on the floor. Missing basic essentials – baby cot not made up, missing kitchen towels. The host’s response regarding the cot was unsatisfactory. Mold – noticeable smell in the apartment, also visible on the ceiling. Flea infestation – found in the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom; husband had bites on his legs. Inappropriate host response – host suggested we were imagining things and claimed bites were from mosquitoes, instead of arranging thorough cleaning or pest treatment. Holiday disruption – we had to constantly wash clothes to avoid bringing fleas into another accommodation or home. Tone of communication – defensive, dismissive, and unhelpful in resolving the issues.

Positive: El lugar es estupendo para disfrutar de la naturaleza y del silencio. Las dos playas a las que se puede acceder en coche o andando son un lujo. Las casas están muy bien y las praderas que las rodean son estupendas para tomar el sol, ver el atardecer y disfrutar con el perro. Negative: La calefacción debe encenderse bajo demanda, no por control remoto
