DO NOT RECOMMEND! TERRIBLE - I REGRET BOOKING IT! Positive: The double room was clean enough. Negative: Where to start! We didn't stay here at all. We were in the place for maximum 2hrs and then we booked other accommodation. We are in the process of trying to get a refund from booking.com for a deceptive listing. At writing of this review no where does the property state that it is an unstaffed self check in property. They make you use their app and the staff that respond to you are not local and cannot help in an emergency. They contact someone else to come fix things. The check in procedure is hard to follow and made worse because there is no staff on site. If you don't have internet you can't get in. We somehow managed to get in the first time and drop our stuff. But when we came back in the afternoon. The app they use was down so we were locked out of the building. We would've been locked out for 1 hour but we snuck in behind another build tenant. Which is also a safety issue because of how easy it was to follow someone else in. They said it was the first time the door unlocking app has failed but other reviews make it seem like it happens often. The bathrooms are dirty and everything is on a sensor light. So it always turns off when you are in the toilet and I assume it would happen in the shower as well. The kitchen is dirty and there is no sink to wash up. So people leave their dirty plates on the bench. The communication is poor and disjointed. Given all the new 1 star reviews. I am guessing there was a change in administration after we booked. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Not recommended Positive: Location is near the metro Negative: There are no staff inside the hotel. I haven’t seen anyone for 2 days. They sent a guide on how to access the property, but the electronic button doesn’t work. To enter, I had to wait on the street until one of the guests opened the door for me. Not only me, all the guests had difficulties with entrance; no one could enter using the “electronic button” on their web page. And they have a lot of demands from you as a guest: check-out at 10, penalty for late check-out, and they demand a 100€ deposit. For what case? If I steal the towel?

Positive: L' emplacement est parfait , par rapport au prix. le linge est propre et les parties communes sont nettoyées. L' immeuble est ancien mais très beau. Les petits balcons sont agréables. Negative: A l' arrivée peu d explications, nous n'arrivons pas a entrer dans l' immeuble ni dans le logement. Il n y a personne sur place,il faut se débrouiller avec les autres locataires. L' application n a pas fonctionné au début il a fallu contacter la personne sur place, pour nous renvoyer le lien par WhatsApp. La chambre de 2 est petite mais les draps, serviettes sont impeccables et les lits sont bons.les parties communes sont vieillottes mais il y a l' essentiel. Pas de clim dans la chambre,juste un ventilateur donc très chaud et si on ouvre la fenêtre c'est très brillant mais ça va avec des boules à oreilles. Le plus embêtant et que la porte de secours est fermée a clé et que la porte d'entrée électrique ne s'ouvre pas toujours, dans un immeuble très ancien on se sent pas trop en sécurité si il y un problème, surtout avec des rallonges mise bout a bout et l électricité pas top. Le frigo est en bordel mais ça dépend sûrement des locataires. Rapport qualité-prix,c'est bien mais il pourrait y avoir des efforts de fait sur des petits travaux d' entretien (portes , boîte a clés, wc, salle de bain,table de chevet ect ). Je conseille pour l' emplacement si vous voulez quelque chose de simple. Les voyageurs sont en général agréables. Bonne 1ere expérience.
